PROJECT EXPEDITING COORDINATOR - MECHANICAL/PACKAGES

Overview
In questa funzione coordini la supply chain di apparecchiature meccaniche critiche per la task force RLNG, assicurando tempi e conformità normativa. Collabori con team multidisciplinari per accelerare consegne, gestire lead times lunghi e monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto. Offri una guida nella gestione di fornitori e logistica internazionale, supportando decisioni mirate e performance di progetto. Un ruolo strategico per garantire consegna puntuale di pacchetti meccanici complessi e conformità a PED, ATEX, API.
Responsabilità
- Pianificazione e coordinamento procurement (RFQ, valutazione offerte, negoziazione contratti)
- Monitoraggio lead time e critical path items; tracciamento apparecchiature long-lead
- Vendor surveillance: ispezioni presso fornitori, controllo qualità, verifica conformità normative
- Expediting e logistica internazionale: accelerazione consegne, trasporti, pratiche doganali
- Reporting settimanale su stato avanzamento e comunicazione con stakeholder multidisciplinari
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Gestionale o equivalente
- 5-7 anni esperienza in procurement/expediting in O&G, Power o RLNG
- Conoscenza apparecchiature rotating e normative (PED, ATEX, API, ASME)
- Padronanza Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP
- inglese fluente (B2/C1)
- Disponibilità trasferte occasionali (10-15%); mobilizzazione gennaio 2027
