ppSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert /ppWe are looking for anb Ice Cream Product Design Manager /b to support the development and industrialization of products within the Ice Cream category. /ppIn this role, you will contribute to innovation, renovation and continuous improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable product solutions. /ph3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3pSupporting Product Research and Development activities across innovation and continuous improvement projects, you will bcontribute to formulation development, product validation and specification management /b. /ppYou will bexecute laboratories, pilot plant and industrial trials /b, analyzing results and supporting product industrialization activities in collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality and other technical functions. /ppThrough the maintenance of technical documentation and product specifications, you will bhelp ensure compliance with quality, food safety and regulatory requirements /b. /ppAdditionally, you will bsupport the resolution of product-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives /b across the category. /ph3bAbout You: /b /h3pYou hold a bmaster’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology or a related discipline /b, and have bproven experience in product development within the Ice Cream category /b. /ppYou possess a good understanding of ice cream formulation, raw materials and manufacturing processes, as well as knowledge of sensory evaluation, food safety and quality standards. /ppYou are comfortable working in cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities and contributing to project delivery through a hands-on and proactive approach.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for product innovation complete your profile. /ppFluency in bEnglish /band availability for occasional business travel are required. /ph3bWhat We Offer: /b /h3pThe role is classified at Level Quadro under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €50.083. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 10% of base salary.
