• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, billing, and technical support
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve service delivery
• Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance

• Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is necessary
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
• Willingness to relocate and live in Greece
