Job Description

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in bringing this philosophy to life by leading the daily service, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Guest Experience & Personalised Service

• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm, attentive, and personalised dining experience that reflects the Auberge service philosophy.

• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, responding promptly and thoughtfully to requests to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

• Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and resourcefulness, ensuring appropriate follow-up and guest satisfaction.

F&B Operations & Service Excellence

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring service runs smoothly and consistently meets the property's standards.

• Coordinate service activities, briefings, and team assignments to ensure the restaurant and other F&B outlets are prepared for each service.

• Ensure all mise en place, table settings, menus, and service areas are prepared according to established standards.

• Monitor service quality, timing, and presentation, intervening when necessary to maintain an exceptional guest experience.

Team Leadership & Development

• Guide, support, and motivate Team Members throughout service, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.

• Assist with onboarding and training new colleagues, sharing service knowledge and reinforcing F&B standards and procedures.

• Lead by example, promoting professionalism, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning and development.

Operational & Quality Standards

• Monitor the availability and presentation of menus, service equipment, and operating supplies, reporting replenishment needs when necessary.

• Support inventory control, stock rotation, and responsible use of resources to minimise waste and maintain operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures, in accordance with applicable regulations and property standards.

• Assist with operational reporting and administrative tasks as required by the F&B leadership team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, restaurant operations, and the fundamentals of guest experience in luxury hospitality.

• Proven ability to coordinate daily operations, support team performance, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create personalised, memorable experiences through attentive and thoughtful service.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues, provide constructive guidance, and foster teamwork.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is a plus.
