We help more than 150,000 customers across b100+ countries /b maximize the value of their technology investments, demonstrate business outcomes, and unlock growth opportunities. /p pOur end-to-end portfolio includes industry-leading solutions across bCloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, AI, Software, and Professional Services /b. /p h3About The Role /h3 pIn bTDSYNNEX /b we are looking for an bInternal sales /b specialized in Security solutions, with strong preference about all PALO ALTO NETWORKS solutions, operating within bSecurity Business Unit /b, responsible for managing the following processes of offer creation, orders processing end to end, from stock checking and allocation, orders shipping to partners, exploiting internal tools and processes. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liBuild excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction /li liGenerate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company /li liEngages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities /li liManages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing" /li liEither manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements /li liProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions /li liEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers /li liAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement /li liSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition /li liDevelops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.) /li liProvides accurate and timely quotations /li liGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities /li liWork with the internal order creation and management tools and processes. /li /ul h3What You Will Need /h3 ul li5+ years of experience /li liCyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite /li liItalian and English fluent /li liGood attention to details /li liExcellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills /li liPriority management and planning skills /li liStrive to achieve set targets /li liGood relationship building /li liIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM /li liPrevious experies in dealing with Palo Alto Networks configurations offers and order management is a strong preference /li liKnowledge of SAP /li liTeamwork capacity withing the Security team and toward the TD SYNNEX Sales and presale business units /li /ul h3What Do We Offer /h3 ul liHybrid work - (2 days at the office, 3 days at home) /li liWe value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan. /li liWe provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more. /li /ul pAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
