RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Fire Testing Business Support Advisor - Categorie Protette (L.68/99)to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the  Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.​

Mission

We are looking for a Business Support Advisor who is registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 , with a focus on managing administrative activities, from creating customer records in the database to issuing invoices. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations. #LI-MC1

Key Accountabilities

1. Customer Data Management: Accurately create, maintain, and update detailed customer profiles within the CRM platform to guarantee precision in customer information. Engage directly with customers to clarify account details and resolve data discrepancies.
2. Offer Management: Work closely with business development teams to input and maintain offer details in internal systems. Prepare and communicate comprehensive offer documents to customers, ensuring clarity and completeness.
3. Contract and Customer Order Processing: Administer contract documentation meticulously for accuracy and completeness. Process customer orders efficiently, coordinating with logistics and operational units to ensure on-time delivery. Keep customers informed about order progress and any changes to delivery schedules.
4. Invoicing and Payment Processing: Generate and issue invoices conforming to sales agreements or service contracts. Carefully verify invoice components including prices and quantities. Monitor payments, liaise with finance departments for reconciliation, and respond promptly to payment queries or discrepancies.
5. Customer Communication and Support: Act as a key liaison by providing timely updates on products, orders, and billing. Respond to inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
6. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing or order-related issues in collaboration with internal teams. Apply problem-solving expertise to mitigate challenges, ensuring equitable customer outcomes and fostering trust.
7. Compliance and Record Keeping: Adhere strictly to company policies, safeguarding compliance in all customer interactions and documentation. Maintain organized records of communications, orders, invoices, and related transactions for audit readiness and operational transparency.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Economics

Qualifications

• Strong skills in managing customer data accurately and efficiently, with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Knowledge of invoicing and payment tracking procedures is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold accuracy across contracts, invoices, and customer records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both customers and internal teams.
• Solid problem-solving abilities to address and rectify billing discrepancies and order concerns.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, alongside familiarity with CRM systems or similar business management software.
• Excellent command of the Italian language and good working proficiency in English.

Compensation Data

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €23.000 and €28.000and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.

In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.

The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.

The position will be offered on a fixed-term contract .
