Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of major data centre construction projects in Italy, coordinating cross‐functional teams and external partners to meet scope, budget, and quality targets. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and safe, compliant project execution. The position sits within a multinational contractor operating across high‐tech sectors, offering strong growth and exposure to mission‐critical infrastructure. You will drive performance reporting and proactive issue resolution, shaping project outcomes in a complex, fast‐paced environment.

Responsabilità

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across all phases
• Ensure EHS compliance and internal procedures
• Coordinate external contractors, suppliers, and partners
• Act as primary client contact and build relationships
• Produce and present progress and performance reports
• Conduct regular project reviews and resolve issues
• Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

• EU Passport (essential)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of PM experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systems
• Track record delivering data centres, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or life sciences projects
• Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment
