Pre-Sales Technical Manager

In this role you will drive technical support for gateway and integration projects across Europe within the payments domain. You will partner with Sales, Account Management and Partnerships to shape solutions and ensure successful integration for clients. You will lead RFI/RFP processes and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to align on design and delivery. You will train and present to internal teams and clients, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for the Global Blue platform and its solutions.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Support gateway and integration projects across Europe
• Act as technical partner to client‑facing teams (Sales, AM, Partnerships) and guide opportunities
• Lead and coordinate RFI/RFP processes with internal stakeholders
• Lead technical integration discussions covering hotel POS, retail POS, ecommerce and mobile integrations
• Organize and record merchant product requests during calls and training sessions
• Provide technical input into solution design ensuring alignment with industry standards
• Plan and run weekly training sessions for internal resources and monthly webinars for partners
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and liaise with other business groups

Responsabilità

• experience with payments solutions and acquirer/issuer/PSP systems
• POS integration experience in hotel and retail sectors
• ability to act as technical consultant to Product team on platform design
• strong English (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
• ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively
• ability to work independently and collaboratively
• multicultural and multinational collaboration capability
• French, Spanish, or German language proficiency
